Hey everyone, here are the closed sales for Southern and Central Berkshire County for all of the members of MLS.

One thing to pay close attention to is what the original list price was and what the final selling price was. I am seeing a great deal of homes going under agreement that have been on the market for over 400 days. We can look at this in two ways. It is a great thing that these homeowners are finally getting contracts in although they may have had to make several price adjustments along the way.

On the down side, the final selling prices are a bit farther from the original list price than they were approximately 6 months ago. I am going to do my best to create a market report for all of you that will go into more detail regarding the summary of the last 12 months of Real Estate in Berkshire County.
