Hoping that all of you are having a great New year so far ! It is my Birthday today but I wanted to be sure to post this before taking the rest of the day off with my two boys who have the day off from school. Hoping that we all also give a few moments of thought to Martin Luther King today and the amazing things that he accomplished in his very short time here.

Attached you will find the closed sales report for last week. I am happy to see that there is not only a variety of price ranges but also of locations for closed sales. I am still seeing some huge discrepancies between list vs sales price but there are a few in the report that listed their homes right on target, sold in less than 120 days, and got close to their asking price. Great job to all of you !
