So, I'm a day behind in my posting for the prior week's sales! Not a bad week again and let me please again mention that these sales are for ALL Berkshire County Realtors. This report each week representts any closed sales that occur in MLS in Southern and Central Berkshire County.

I always want you all to be aware of not just what is happening in my market, but the entire Real Estate market. Hoping everyone is ok after the huge storm we just had !
