Hoping that all of you had a happy and safe New Years !

I feel that 2012 is going to be great year for all of us! Did all of you make resolutions? I know that everyone has their own theories about making resolutions and promises of change.

I am a huge fan of making lists and having goals so I made a few of my own for the year.

Attached is the full report for the closed sales in the last week for Southern and Central Berkshire County for our Realtors in Berkshire MLS. Not a bad week of sales considering it was a holiday week. december25-Jan1.pdf
