Hi everyone, I did take a smidge of time off of my posts to just catch up on some things. Hoping that you call missed the regular weekly updates and notes!

Sales look good again for Central and Southern Berkshire County. Again a very popular sales range is the below $150,000 price point. However, make sure to read the report thoroughly as there were also some high end sales that were very close to their list price up  over $500,000.  oct31-nov6.pdf

It was an absolutely GORGEOUS day here in the Berkshires with a high of 65 degrees!! Tomorrow promises to be just as nice.

Remember that without the rainy days, we wouldn't be nearly as thankful of  days such as this.
